Delivery Areas

Northwood Lab delivers to the areas offered on the Site. International shipping is available to the countries indicated during checkout.

Delivery Methods

Delivery of Products is made to the address indicated by the Buyer as the "delivery address" when placing the order. Different delivery methods may be available depending on the product category and weight.

The Buyer must ensure that the information provided is correct and remains so until full delivery.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are indicated on the order summary before validation. They vary depending on the delivery method and order amount.

Northwood Lab is not required to reimburse additional costs if the Buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery method.

Delivery Within the EU/EEA

For deliveries within the EU/EEA, shipments are treated as intra-EU supplies: no customs export formalities or import duties apply.

Delivery Outside the EU/EEA

For deliveries to the UK and Switzerland, Northwood Lab will complete the export formalities required under EU law. The Buyer acts as importer of record and is solely responsible for all import formalities, duties, taxes, and any other charges imposed by the destination country's authorities.

Delivery Times

Northwood Lab undertakes to deliver the Product(s) within a period not exceeding 30 working days from the estimated date displayed on the Site, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

Note: Products are manufactured and delivered to order. There is no stock available. Delivery is currently estimated for Q3 2026.

Pre-Orders

Certain sales are made as pre-orders. The full payment is charged immediately at the time of the order, even if delivery occurs at a later date.

In the event of a delivery delay exceeding 30 days beyond the estimated date, the Buyer may request the cancellation and full refund of the order, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.

Reservation of Ownership

Northwood Lab retains full ownership of the Products sold until full payment of the price, including delivery costs.
